“ICE!,” an annual staple every holiday season at Gaylord Palms Resort, will feature “A Charlie Brown Christmas” this year.

The event, which runs Nov. 17-Jan. 3, will use more than two million pounds of ice to create larger-than-life ice sculptures to create the nearly 20,000-square-foot attraction that is kept at 9 degrees.

The holiday attraction will feature classic Peanuts characters including Lucy, Sally, Linus, Peppermint Patty and, of course, Charlie Brown and his famous little Christmas tree.

About 6,700 blocks of ice each weighing 300 pounds were carved to create the whimsical scenes.

“We’re so pleased to bring this Central Florida holiday tradition back for our guests in 2023,” said Johann Krieger, general manager of Gaylord Palms Resort. “Since debuting here in 2003, ICE! has become a one-of-a-kind attraction for our guests, and one of our most popular events of the year.”

The ice sculptures are just one part of the holiday events coming to Gaylord Palms this holiday season. There will also be other events across the 64-acre resort including live shows, interactive attractions and more.
