According to firefighters, 59-year-old James Mills Jr. suffered a head injury around 1 p.m. on Feb. 4 when he was struck by an 18-inch by 20-foot iron pipe while working on a construction project at the intersection of Wymore Road and Riddle Drive near the I-4 underpass north of Fairbanks Avenue.

He was the fourth construction worker to die while working on the I-4 Ultimate project since February 2016.
