ORLANDO, Fla. — Crews are starting to pick up debris created by Hurricane Ian in many parts of Central Florida.

However, the wait continues in some neighborhoods.

In Lake, Marion and Sumter counties, debris collection has already started. Brevard will start Wednesday.

Flagler County is on a normal schedule, and Volusia County will have back-to-back pickups on Saturdays.

For Orange County, collections should start Thursday.

Osceola County’s small waste collection is on a regular schedule.

Seminole County might not start until next week.
