Hottest stretch of the year: Here’s how high temps will climb this week

ORLANDO, Fla. — This week will be the hottest stretch of the year so far.

Monday’s forecast will be partly cloudy, with a 30% chance of a pop-up storm.

Daytime highs will be near 91 degrees.

Starting Tuesday through the end of the week, we’ll have a southwesterly breeze and temperatures will climb into the mid-90s.

We’ll approach 100 degrees by Thursday.

From Friday into the weekend, we’ll have a better chance of rain.

Next week we’ll have slightly cooler temperatures.
