Central Florida homes take longer to sell as the U.S. housing market slows -- but that’s not the case everywhere.
Metro Orlando houses spent an average of 27 days on the market before they sold in August, according to the latest data from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. That’s fairly quick, but it’s slower than the average for the previous three months, when it was 21 days or less.
However, there are 10 Orlando ZIP codes where the typical home sold in less than 20 days in September, according to data from Realtor.com.
