The project -- titled “Infinity Apartments” -- is at 2950 Reedy Creek Blvd. The 4.99-acre parcel is just north of U.S. 192/W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and less than a mile east of Disney’s All-Star Resort and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

County documents show the property, which is within Osceola County’s West 192 Development Authority district, last sold in April 2021 for $4.5 million.
