The value of a home has increased in every Central Florida ZIP code, but the fastest growing areas were often the most affordable.

That’s according to home value data from Seattle-based real estate tech company Zillow, which takes the value of a typical home in a given region. Values range from $200,000 to almost $800,000 in the region’s ZIP codes.
The areas that have increased in price had low values to begin with, as four of the top five ZIP codes had values below $250,000 in 2019, well below a median home in the Orlando metro.
