TITUSVILLE, Fla. — The Titusville Police Department has arrested a man suspected of a hit-and-run crash on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

40-year-old Joseph Domingo Santiago out of Titusville was driving his 2018 Nissan Altima when he struck a juvenile riding a Moleman mini motorbike near the intersection of North Singleton Avenue and Wilderness Lane, according to TPD.

Santiago did not stop and fled the scene of the crash.

The juvenile victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to police.

TPD, through their investigation,n identified and located the vehicle and seized it for evidence.

Santiago was later identified as the driver and was located at his home and was taken into custody by TPD and booked into the Brevard County Jail.
