Here’s how Lake Nona celebrated Earth Day

LAKE NONA, Fla. — Central Florida residents celebrated Earth Day with a first-of-its-kind outdoor concert in Lake Nona.

‘Lake Nona Live’ featured Grammy award-winning artist “Daya” and platinum-certified Orlando-based singer “John K” with other local artists and bands like Burdlee, Jad Saad, Imagin3, and more.

The concert capped off a week full of celebrations – and volunteer activations in Lake Nona- for Earth Day.

Locals and visitors enjoyed a bite from local food trucks during the concert.

Also, there were flower crown-building stations, local vendors, jumbo games, and stilt walkers.

The concert went from 4 p.m. through 10 p.m.
