CENTRAL FLORIDA, Fla. — Goodwill Industries of Central Florida announced a new education program for its employees that will provide a path to pursue their education goals.
The new employee scholarship program will support Goodwill’s mission of “building lives that work.”

Channel 9 spoke to an employee who signed up for the program and said this is life-changing.

“Well, it’s an amazing opportunity. I mean, I get to graduate with less student debt and It’s definitely going to give me success later in my career,” said Goodwill employee and UCF student Luis Diaz. “It’s an amazing program.”

Goodwill’s staff includes more than 12,000 employees across Orange, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Seminole and Volusia counties.
