OCALA, Fla. — A 15-year-old girl was killed in a crash early Tuesday in Ocala, police said.

Police said the crash happened around 5:15 a.m. on Northeast 14th Street and Northeast 25th Avenue.
The two cars involved in the crash were a Toyota Yaris and a Mitsubishi Montero.

Police said two 15-year-olds were driving the Toyota on Northeast 14th Street when they went onto the wrong side of the road and crashed into the Montero, which was stopped.
The person in the Montero wasn’t hurt but one of the 15-year-olds died.
The teenage driver is still in the hospital.
