A front will arrive today, cooling things down.
We’ll see mostly cloudy skies throughout the area, with just a 20% chance for spotty showers.
Meteorologist Kassandra Crimi says most of the rain will be light and will favor our northern zones.

But before you go celebrating, it's weakening.
Limited shower activity is expected and we'll only see a small "cool" down.

In comparison to Saturday, some communities will be about 10 degrees cooler this afternoon.
It’s a nice change from the record-breaking heat in Daytona Beach and the record ties in Sanford and Leesburg yesterday.
Highs today will reach the 70s and low 80s.
In Orlando, temps will still above average, with a high of 81.
