Free vaccination events to take place throughout Orlando this week

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Orange County will host several free COVID-19 vaccination events this week.

Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available, as well as the flu shot for those under 55 years old. The vaccinations are offered on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.

Only Pfizer will be available to those ages 5 to 17. Those in this age group must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the vaccination, and a completed consent form will need to be submitted along with an ID for the minor.
