ORLANDO, Fla. — The last time Garth Brooks was in Orlando, Bill Clinton was president, you could get into a movie for less than $5 and people worried that Y2K could end the world.
Brooks will be taking the stage at the Amway Center on Oct. 8 and his appearance will be the first concert he’s held in Orlando in 18 years.
The concert was announced Wednesday as part of the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood.
Tickets for the Oct. 8 concert will go on sale at 10 a.m., Aug. 26 via Ticketmaster.
There is an eight-ticket limit per purchase.
