Florida troopers working two fatal crashes in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol troopers are on the scene of two separate fatal crashes in Orange County.

The first crash happened around 5 a.m. near the intersection of N. Dean Road near State Road 408.

According to Orange County Fire Rescue, the crash involved two cars, one car was on fire when firefighters arrive.

Emergency crews transported six juvenile patients to Orlando Health’s Arnold Palmer Hospital.

According to FHP’s website, they are investigating this crash as a fatality.

All lanes are blocked on Dean Road over SR-408 Sunday morning.

The second crash is along Orange Ave. near Sandlake and happened around 5:30 a.m.

Southbound lanes of Orange Ave. are currently blocked while Troopers investigate.

No updates have been given by FHP on the details of those involved in the crash.
