Florida Supreme Court approves investigation into COVID-19 vaccines

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The state Supreme Court has signed off on Gov. Ron DeSantis’ request to have a grand jury investigate COVID-19 vaccines.

The governor called for an investigation earlier this month into vaccine makers and others who promoted the shots.

In an order issued Thursday, the state Supreme Court said the grand jury could investigate pharmaceutical manufacturers and other organizations involved in developing, testing, marketing, distributing or administering COVID-19 vaccines.
