A Florida missing child alert issued for a 14-year-old in Alachua County Friday morning has been canceled after Alachua County Sheriff announced that Nakyia Bennet has been located and is safe with deputies and detectives.
Bennett, 14, was last seen early Thursday morning on Archer Lane.
Nakyia is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt and blue and white striped shorts, officials said.
