Deputies said the woman told them she was in a bathroom stall when she saw a person’s shoes in the next stall facing hers.

The woman told deputies that she thought the shoes were unusually large for a female and started to become uncomfortable.

Deputies said that as she began to gather her belongings, she noticed the person holding a cell phone over the stall wall pointing toward her.

Investigators said that was when the woman shouted at the man in the stall to stop.

The man then ran from the bathroom.

Deputies released a photo of a man whom they believe was involved in trying to record the woman as he left the store.

Detectives said the man is around 5 feet, 7 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall, in his late teens or early 20s, with dark blonde curly hair, and weighs about 200-250 pounds.

Deputies said the man was seen wearing camouflage Crocs, grey sweatpants, and a black hoodie and ran north on A1A.

Deputies ask anyone with information about the case to contact the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911 or email Tips@FlaglerSheriff.com.
