ORMOND BEACH, Fla. — Firefighters have been battling a wildfire in Ormond Beach for most of Thursday afternoon.

The wildfire started in Ormond Beach between Clyde Morris Boulevard and Hand Avenue along 15 acres, firefighters say.

As of 10 p.m., the fire was 75% contained at almost 130 acres.

No homes are in danger as of Thursday evening, firefighters said.

Bunnell District wildland firefighters and their response partners are working to contain the wildfire.
