ORLANDO, Fla. — A group of Florida High School Athletic Association directors has recommended delaying the fall sports season.
The group wants to push back the fall season, including football, to the end of November.
Before the pandemic, the high school football season was set to start Aug. 20.

Under the new plan, practices would start Nov. 30 and games would begin two weeks later.
The official decision will be made Aug. 14.
