FDLE needs your help to solve Jaworski “JoJo” Williams murder

JASPER, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office are asking the public to help solve Jaworski “JoJo” Williams murder.

Williams was killed in Jasper, Florida on Dec. 30, 2017, and the cold case investigation is still active.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the Williams family are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest, indictment and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.

On Dec. 30, 2017, Williams was found deceased at his residence at 310 4th St NW, Jasper, Florida.

He was just 44 years old. An autopsy revealed the cause of death was from a gunshot wound.

A search of his residence located two fired projectiles appearing to match those recovered during the autopsy.

FDLE Commissioner Mark Glass said, “FDLE is committed to solving JoJo’s murder and we are asking anyone to come forward with any little bit of information that can help solve this case. His family deserves to know who’s responsible so they can start the healing process.”

Williams was last spotted in Live Oak at approximately 2:30 p.m. He was known to have ties to Lake City.
