Ex-Orlando commissioner Regina Hill asks judge to toss out lawsuit to force sale of homes

ORLANDO, Fla. — Suspended Orlando commissioner Regina Hill has asked a judge to toss out some lawsuits filed against her.

Those lawsuits seek to force the sale of properties that Hill jointly owns with a 96-year-old woman.

Hill is accused of fraudulently using the woman’s name and credit to buy those properties.

She is also accused of taking $100,000 of that woman’s money.

Hill suggests that the elderly woman is being controlled by her attorneys and cannot prove that Hill unjustly benefited from this arrangement.
