Another “mobile order pick-up” Chipotle Mexican Grill -- called a Chipotlane -- is expected to be built in a former AT&T store on Colonial Drive.

Oviedo-based Hill Gray Seven plans to build the UCF-area Chipotle (NYSE: CMG) at 11291 E. Colonial Drive in a 2,500-square-foot space, according to state records.
It will be the latest Newport Beach, California-based Chipotlane to open in Orlando after new locations were announced in Casselberry and near Disney.

Chipotlanes require you to order your meal via a mobile app in advance before going to pick it up.
Hill Gray Seven -- which has worked on multiple Chipotle deals in Central Florida -- seeks approvals to build a porte cochere and drive-thru lane at the site, state records show.

Hill Gray Seven’s Hill/Gray Seven LLC bought the property for $1.6 million in March 2008, according to Orange County records.
Its assessed valued is $1.7 million.
