Dr. Phillips Center to require face coverings regardless of vaccination status

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Dr. Phillips Center will require all guests 2 years and older to wear face coverings regardless of vaccination status beginning Thursday, the performing arts venue announced Tuesday.

“These health and safety updates are in agreement with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s newly released rate of transmission data and recommendation for Orange County,” the website states.

Face coverings are required at all times including throughout the building, while at your seats, in restrooms and when you leave, according to the website. Guests can briefly take off their face coverings while actively eating and drinking.

Bandana-style masks and masks with exhalation valves or vents are not permitted.
