Downtown Orlando readies for busy week of events from sports to St. Patrick’s Day

ORLANDO, Fla. — The city of Orlando is gearing up for a busy rest of the week from sporting events to St. Patrick’s Day.

Downtown is expected to be packed with large crowds.

“Hospitality is in our DNA and we were built to really host these types of events,” said Danielle Hollander with Visit Orlando.

11 a.m. – Church Street partial closure for March Madness Party

Starting at 12:40 p.m. – March Madness Amway Center (first and second rounds run Thursday and Saturday at the Amway)
