Downtown building back for sale 10 months after popular entertainment operator bought it

A downtown building is on the market 10 months after it sold to an entity related to one of Orlando’s most prominent nightlife and entertainment operators.

The building at 126-132 E. Colonial Drive has been listed for sale on Loopnet.com with an asking price of $6.45 million. The property on the north end of the city’s central business district is being marketed by Tony Nguyen of TRG Commercial Real Estate.

The 30,090-square-foot office building is owned by 126 E Colonial LLC, an entity tied to nightlife operator Team Market Group, which bought the property in February for $3.2 million, according to county records.
