A rail stop at Walt Disney World -- Central Florida’s top attraction and employer -- has been in the works for months with plans recently surfacing concerning what areas in general are being studied.

Further, the Orlando Business Journal has learned that one possible stop for Miami-based intercity rail company Brightline’s train may be incorporated with the Orange Parking Garage in Disney Springs, according to sources with knowledge of the plans.
Of course, these are early plans that may be changed or scrapped.
Further, a deal isn’t finalized for building the rail line into and out of Walt Disney World.

Brightline representatives weren’t available for comment, and Disney told the OBJ it had “nothing more to share” at this time.
It wasn’t known what companies were hired to study and plan this potential Disney Springs station.
