Developers eye Orlando's expanding university market

  • Rollins College launched an $80 million, 300-bed dorm project in August.
  • In the Quadrangle near UCF, Orlando-based Trammell Webb Partners Inc. is seeking to convert entitlements for hotel rooms and office uses to entitlements for 475 student housing beds.
