ORLANDO, Fla. — Maxwell Frost has defeated Calvin Wimbish in the race for U.S. House District 10, becoming the first Gen-Z member of Congress, according to preliminary numbers.

Early poll data from the midterm election shows Frost receiving 59% of the votes to Wimbish’s 39%.
Frost, 25, and Wimbish, 72, disagreed on just about every policy. Frost has activism experience with ACLU and March For Our Lives, but no college degree. Most recently, he worked for Uber.

Wimbish is an Army veteran and a teacher with two masters degrees.
In the midterm primary, Frost surpassed a large group of Democratic candidates to win nearly 35% of the votes in District 10.
Frost beat two former lawmakers in the primary.
