ORLANDO, Fla. — Students at a local high school could lose $15,000 after their summer trip to Japan was canceled due to the pandemic.
They blame a major tour company that charged them for big cancellation fees.
Action 9 consumer investigator Todd Ulrich found complaints nationwide and asked the company about its controversial refunds.
