CVS, Walmart and Publix announced that teachers of any age can get the COVID-19 vaccination at their pharmacies.
In a news conference Thursday, the governor said he is fine with vaccinating educators, but he will continue to focus on vaccinating seniors.

Publix announced Thursday that it would amend its eligibility to follow DeSantis’ announcement allowing school employees of all ages to sign up to receive the vaccine. Publix will open appointments on Friday at 7 a.m. Click here for more information and click here to make an appointment.
This change in eligibility is because @potus Tuesday said he wanted ALL school staff/childcare providers to get at least their 1st dose before April. So far, @publix and @WinnDixie have not followed suit because @GovRonDeSantis’ order only says school staff 50+ years old. #WFTV pic.twitter.com/8dBfwZjCgF
