All of the COVID-19 vaccination appointments that were made available on Friday at every Publix pharmacy in the state have been booked.
On Thursday, the company expanded eligibility to include all school employees as well as law enforcement officers and firefighters who are 50 and older.
Appointments opened at 7 a.m. The next chance for people to sign up for appointments will be Monday, March 8, at 7 a.m.

The following people are eligible to receive the vaccine:
- Long-term care facility residents and staff
- People aged 65 years and older
- People under 65 deemed extremely vulnerable
- Health care personnel with direct patient contact
- K-12 school employees
- Sworn law enforcement officers aged 50 years and older
- Firefighters aged 50 years and older

Residents have to provide proof of residency to be vaccinated.
Publix is not allowing residents to make an appointment by phone — they must make an appointment online.
