Cocoa v. Mainland High School football game delayed due to lockdown

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — A high school football game was delayed Friday after a lockdown at Daytona Stadium.

Daytona Beach police officers helped keep people out as they searched for a suspect around the area.

A Channel 9 crew was at the scene for the football game when they heard police giving instructions to lock down the stadium.

Our photographer heard over the loudspeaker of a possible gun scare.
