The search began Monday after officials got a call from a person on a disabled “shrimp trawler” in the Gulf or Mexico.
U.S. Coast Guard officials said the vessel lost power and was taking on water.

A rescue aircrew found the boaters Tuesday.
Officials said the rescued boaters are expected to be OK.
