On Monday, a special council meeting was set to talk about what’s happening at Lilly’s on the Lake, which includes allegations of adult entertainment and nudity, as well as allegations of a sex act being performed in the middle of an all-male revue.

The city has laid out what it believes are violations of their conditional use permit for events and city code.
The city said there have been several complaints in recent months. “Most of the problems have been the times when they go past the allowable time of 10 o’clock, and sometimes the noise,” Clermont City Manager Brian Bulthuis said.
That’s part of the reason a special council meeting has been called to revoke the conditional use permit Lilly’s has for outdoor events that includes everything from weddings to hot dog eating contests.

Neighbors said the restaurant has had micro wrestling events and bikini contests.
The city also alleges a “girls night out” male revue show violated the conditional use permit with adult entertainment, and city codes for nudity in public places, and a prohibited act.
