Creating a comfortable work-from-home atmosphere has held most employers’ attention in the last couple of years, but those in essential industries and who have returned to their respective offices acknowledge the importance of vibrant, welcoming and conducive workspaces.

That’s an area where most of Orlando Business Journal’s 2021 Best Places to Work honorees shine.
The OBJ asked the winners to reveal what they believed to be their “coolest” office features. Some talked about office gathering areas, where employees can connect with each other, play or celebrate. Others pointed to unique decor. And some said rather than physical items, it was something intangible that made them proud of their respective company cultures.
