City leaders to vote on building new fire station, park in Lake Nona

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Leaders are expected to vote on a new fire station and park to be built in Lake Nona during the city of Orlando’s next meeting.

If approved, the fire station and park will be built in the Poitras residential development.

The park will be located on the west side of the proposed elementary school along the south side of the main east-west connector road in the Poitras development.

The meeting will be held on Monday at 2 p.m.
