TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is bringing back its Oktoberfest-inspired Bier Fest Brews & BBQ with a new menu featuring flavors from around the world.
The festival will take place Saturdays and Sundays, plus Labor Day, through Sept. 7 and is included with regular park admission.
This year’s event features a new international-inspired food lineup, including brisket burnt end stuffed potato balls, bourbon pineapple and pork skewers, gochujang grilled lamb chops and sticky pork pops with brown sugar Sriracha barbecue sauce.
Other offerings include pork bao buns, Thai chili peanut butter and jelly glazed pork wings, Nashville hot street corn, smoked duck sliders and smoked honey chipotle chicken sliders.
Guests can also choose from more than 60 beverages, including beers, ciders, sours, wines and moonshine. New selections include drinks from Florida breweries such as 3 Daughters Brewing, South Beach Brewing Company, Florida Avenue Brewing and Wild Rover Brewing.
Food and drink samplers start at $40 for five items, with an eight-item option also available. Annual Pass Members can purchase an exclusive 10-item sampler for the price of an eight-item sampler.
Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
Beyond the food and drinks, the festival includes live music at Helga’s Bier Garten and Oktoberfest-inspired games.
Busch Gardens said its Wild Skies Drone Show will also continue on select dates during the festival.
