SpaceX rocket marks 10 launches and landing following 27th Starlink mission

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — Another batch of SpaceX’s Starlink satellites is in orbit right now after a successful launch from Florida’s Space Coast early Sunday.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket carried the satellites launched from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station just after 2:40 a.m.

The booster used to launch the satellites had previously flown nine missions for SpaceX, including the Crew Dragon’s first demonstration mission to the International Space Station.

The booster returned to Earth after launch and landed on SpaceX’s “Just Read the Instructions” droneship, completing its 10th launch and landing.

This is SpaceX’s second Starlink launch in less than a week.

The satellites will help bring high-speed internet access worldwide.
