Space plane landing at Kennedy Space Center likely source for mysterious sonic boom

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. — We now know what likely caused the “sonic boom” that was heard by many Saturday morning at Florida’s Space Coast.

Boeing confirmed its X-37B autonomous orbital test vehicle landed at the Kennedy Space Center.
