A new consumer confidence survey done in Orange County says 60% of people aren’t likely to dine in at a restaurant in the next month a so.

1:40 p.m. update
Health officials reported 60 new coronavirus-related deaths and 381 new cases of the virus statewide since Tuesday.
The total number of cases in the state is now at 52,634, with deaths at 2,319.
Officials reported four deaths in Polk County and one in Osceola County.

Disney World, SeaWorld reveal planned reopening dates
11:30 a.m.
Walt Disney World told Orange County’s Economic Recovery Task Force on Wednesday morning that it wants to reopen Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom July 11 and Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios July 15.
SeaWorld said it would like to reopen SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica on June 11.

The Universal Orlando Resort has already been approved to reopen June 5.

Free PPE remains available at Orange County testing site
9:09 a.m. update
Officials are still offering free personal protective equipment at a COVID-19 testing site in Orange County.
Appointments must be made to pick up the PPE at Orange Technical College - Mid Florida Campus.
The equipment will be made available through tomorrow.

Disney World, SeaWorld to present reopening plans
4:47 a.m. update
Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said Walt Disney World and SeaWorld will virtually present their reopening plans to the county’s Economic Recovery Task Force on Wednesday morning.
Demings made the announcement during a briefing on Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and run until noon.

The presentations will include the theme park operators' proposed reopening dates.
For the parks to reopen, Demings must endorse their reopening plans and DeSantis must approve them.
Demings said Tuesday that he expects the parks’ reopening plans to be similar to those of the Universal Orlando Resort, which have already been approved by DeSantis.
