Jackson’s body was found near Deer Park and Nova roads in a remote, wooded area.
In the hours since police discovered Jackson's body, her family said they've been trying to process it all.
“She didn't do anything to anyone,” said Jackson’s cousin, Sh'Mika Scott-Devoe. “It's hard to stop the tears. It's hard to stop the guilt.”
The mother of four was reported missing a week ago after her family said she walked to a local convenience store and didn't return home.
“We expressed to investigators, she didn't just leave, she wouldn't leave her children,” Scott-Devoe said. “She wouldn't just walk away from them because her children are life. That was her purpose to live, her children.”

Police are saying very little about how she died and what else their investigation has turned up.
Jackson’s family said Saturday that they hope the answers they need will come to light.
“She didn't deserve, she didn't deserve this at all,” Scott-Devoe said.
Police said they requested an aerial search of an area near Nova and Deer Park roads in Osceola County.

A Brevard County Sheriff’s Office helicopter crew found Jackson's body at about 6 p.m. near Deer Park Road, east of Nova Road, police said.
"(Crime scene technicians) are doing their best to document the scene, collect whatever evidence was left behind and move forward with the investigation to find who is responsible," said Yvonne Martinez, a police spokeswoman. "The family was notified earlier this evening, and as you can probably imagine, it was pretty devastating for them and our hearts are with them tonight."
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are assisting Cocoa police with the death investigation.
