ORLANDO, Fla. — What’s in the box?
Central Florida residents will start see blue pop-up buildings with question marks on them sprouting up around Orlando.

Don’t stress about entering them, because stress relief is the point.
Florida Blue has launched “Out of the Blue” stress relief pop-ups in Orlando. Inside the boxes will be unexpected healthy activities designed to help reduce stress.

Each pop-up will offer a different stress-relieving experience including puppies, artwork, chocolate and more.
The initiative kicked off Thursday with comedy and improv by SAKS Comedy Lab inside the pop-up.

The pop-ups are in response to the rising stress and anxiety among many Floridians due to the repercussions of the pandemic and inflation, according to Florida Blue.
A recent study found Florida is the second-most stressed-out state in the country.

Ten events that are free and open to the public have been announced. See the schedule below:
Aug. 13 — Winter Park Farmer’s Market from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Aug. 14 — Dr. Phillips Center at the Caribbean American Heritgage Festival from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Aug. 20 — Lake Underhill Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Aug. 21 — Harbor Park in Baldwin Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Aug. 25. — Downtown City Arts from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Aug. 26 — Lake Nona Town Center from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Aug. 27 — Albert Park in College Park from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Sept. 2 and Sept. 3 — Gaston Edwards Park at Lake Ivanhoe from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
