Three Central Florida-based food and beverage brands will occupy the 1,800-square-foot replica juice stand at the northeast corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail, announced Dr. Phillips Inc., the master developer shepherding the $700 million mixed-use development.

Why this matters: Being built to pay homage to both the original Dr. Phillips Juice Stand, as well as the region’s roots in the citrus industry, the new replica juice stand will be highly-visible landmark in the Packing District, which is one of the region’s most important mixed-use developments.
