CLERMONT, Fla. — A 32-year-old man was arrested in Lake County Friday after he allegedly exposed himself to at least two women near popular Clermont stores, police said.

Jon Paul Navarro is accused of the incidents, which happened Saturday, investigators said.

The first incident happened Saturday at 4:10 p.m. at the Publix at 250 Citrus Tower Blvd., in Clermont.

A woman said she was loading groceries into her vehicle when a man asked for directions.

When she looked at him, he was exposing his genitals, police said.

She did see that he drove away in a silver Hyundai two-door car with a Florida license plate, police said.

A short time later, a woman shopping at BJ’s at 2577 U.S. Highway 27 in Clermont, said she was loading groceries when a man exposed his penis, police said.

The man was also driving a silver Hyundai two-door car with a Florida license plate.

Based on the descriptions of the man and the vehicle he was driving, police were able to identify Navarro as a suspect.

He was arrested Friday on a charge of exposure of a sexual organ.
