Addition Financial Credit Union plans to merge with a Tallahassee-based credit union.

The Lake Mary-based financial institution announced its intent to merge with Envision Credit Union on Dec. 17.

The combined credit union will have more than $4 billion in assets, 248,000 members and 38 branches across Florida and Georgia.
