“The business is an after-hours club that has been on OCSO’s radar for the last few months for illegally selling alcohol after hours,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. “It’s our understanding at this point that the business has no license to sell alcohol at any time.”
The Sheriff’s Office said that on Nov. 17, its After-Hours Club Strike Team conducted an operation during which undercover agents entered Upstate Hall, seeking to buy an alcoholic beverage.
