DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Three teenage boys are facing charges after the trio stole a car and led officers on a chase, which ended shortly after they crashed into the police chief’s patrol car, police said.
Dash camera video of Tuesday’s chase was released Wednesday.

A blue Honda CR-V sideswiped Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood’s cruiser, spinning him out.
It happened after the tires on the suspects' vehicle blew out.
One of the three teens had gotten out of the vehicle before Chitwood’s car was hit.
The other two teens were caught when they stopped near Berkshire Road.
No one was injured.
The teenagers, Alexander Brown, Emanuel Sanders and Isaiah Johnson, all 16, are facing charges, including fleeing and eluding law enforcement, and grand theft.
Johnson is also facing a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer.
