The victims are in their 20s and 30s, according to investigators.
Deputies have not said if any suspects were taken into custody, nor did they provide details about a possible motive for the shooting.
Channel 9′s Sam Martello was near the crime scene for several hours Sunday, working to gather more information about the case.
She spoke to a man who said was with friends at the Washington Hookah Lounge on Old Winter Garden Road when he heard the gunfire and looked for cover.
“It was just loud noises at first. I thought it was part of the song. Then I realized it was gun shots. They shot like 6 or 7 times,” he said.
As of noon, the sheriff’s investigators and crime scene tape were still visible around lounge and surrounding business plaza.
