The two eateries, which will be right next to each other, are joining other tenants such as Cold Stone Creamery, Happy Lemon and a smoke shop.
Mochibae: Specifics on this eatery have yet to be released, but what is known is that it will serve Japanese donuts and Korean hot dogs. A Japanese or mochi donut is a pastry made with rice flour that combines an American doughnut and Japanese mochi. This snack comes out in a unique flower-like shape. A Korean hot dog is another twist on an American classic, which coats a sausage in a rice flour batter and then is deep fried. After being fried, it can be coated with sugar, bread crumbs or ramen.
